Postcard made by Graham at the 'Postcards to the Future' workshop

A collage and cut-up poetry postcard designed by Graham, a participant of the 'Postcards to the Future' workshop (held at the Museum of Oxford on 12th August 2023 as part of the Dive In! exhibition programme).

A collage postcard in a portrait orientation. In the top left is a magazine headline with a background image of dark blue water marred with inky green pools. The headline has been edited with other cut-out words to read what the viewer can assume is the opposite of its original meaning: 'Healthy waters. Satellite images reveal rising tide of aquatic biodiversity'. Below this is a photograph of someone wild swimming in a river under a soft blue sky. Cut-out text on top of the photo comes together to read: 'scientific reports reductions in marine pollution. more swimming in these conditions'. Other cut-out images include: three people collection samples from a body of water; a group of people in swimming costumes and carrying floaties wade into a river; a graph showing an increase from 1990 to 2020.
